für unsere 3er WG. Die Wohnung
befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von der Uni und somit auch dem
Stadtzentrum. Unsere schöne, moderne Wohnung wurde neu renoviert und besteht
aus 3 Schlafzimmern, einem Flur, Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine,
einer geräumigen Küche und Wohnzimmer, sowie einem Balkon. Das Zimmer ist
teilmöbliert und circa 18 m2 groß. Die Miete beträgt 525€ kalt. Wenn du dich

We are two German
Unibz students who are looking for a new roommate for our 3-person shared
apartment starting in February. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from
the university and therefore the city center. Our apartment has been newly
renovated, is really lovely and modern and consists of 3 bedrooms, a
hallway, bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine, a spacious kitchen
and living room, as well as a balcony. The room is partly furnished and about
18 m2 big. The rent is 525€ with no additional costs included. If you’re
