The apartment is located 15 minutes' walk from the university in the Gries area and consists of two bedrooms (one single and one double), a bathroom, a kitchen, and a large terrace with a table for eating outside. The rent is €275 plus €85 for condominium fees, making it €360 in total per person, excluding WiFi.
