Spacious room for rent in a rooftop
apartment (4th floor, no elevator) in the centre of
Bolzano/Bozen, 5 minutes from Waltherplatz. The room is approximately 30 sqm
big, quite high and quiet. It comes unfurnished, but I'm happy to help you find
what you need. The
whole flat is quite a bit spacious and light and I'm just about to find a
wonderful interior for the currently empty spaces, and am also open for any
ideas what you’d like to have around. The
room is ideal for one (450 + utilities) or even two friends or a couple (350
p.p.+utilities). I'm looking for happy and open people, to have good talks and
music around the dining table or any other occasion. Preferably no smokers,
neither all-weekend house party organisers. The
