Our flatmate is leaving so we have a free room. The room
is about 16 square meters big and very bright. Especially in the morning, all
rooms are light flooded. If required, a bunk bed and a desk can stay in the
room in exchange of a fee. In the apartment there are two balconies, two
bathrooms, 4 rooms, a dining / living room, kitchen, pantry and laundry room.
The rent will be 450 € all inclusive and the room will be available from April
1. The apartment is located in the center of Bolzano in Via
Cassa di Risparmio, 6. Within 2 minutes you can reach the Ötzi Museum, the
Talvera river and in about 4 minutes the Free University of Bolzano. The
building is a beautiful antique building and a bus station is reachable in about 1 minute. Nearby are
also a supermarket, which is about 1 minute away and several cute little
restaurants nearby. We are two girls, both studying design and a boy who
works and likes skateboarding and playing the guitar. We all get along very
well and cook together from time to time or let the evening end together with a
nice beer and also do stuff together on weekends, because we are friends and
are in a similar circle of friends. We would prefer to a boy to move in so that we are two
girls and two boys and have a balance. We are not overly neat, but we value
cleanliness and respect towards the others. It would be good if you are an
enrolled or becoming student, because our contract is actually a students
contract. We have the coolest bathroom Bozen's; with Abstaaaand and
we all speak Italian, german and englisch. We are all a bit of creative minds and like to decorate
our flat a bit creative, so be prepared :-) We are looking forward to hearing from you. Please
