BZ: Suche Zimmer für Wintersemester/ Cercasi stanza per semestre invernale

Ich heiße Marcel (25 Jahre) und komme aus Landshut (Bayern). Für das kommende Wintersemester 18/19 suche ich ein WG-Zimmer in Bozen (<400€). Ich studiere zurzeit in Augsburg im Master BWL.

Ich habe bisher in WGs gelebt und würde mich freuen, wenn ich auch hier eine passende WG finden würde. In meiner Freizeit mache ich sehr gerne Sport (Laufen, Schwimmen) und bin gerne unterwegs im Freien (Wandern) und bin gerne für ein Bier zu haben.

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn ich jemanden für ein Sprachtandem Deutsch-Italienisch finden würde.

Mi chiamo Marcel, ho 25 anni e vengo da Landshut (Baviera). Per il prossimo semestre cerco in primo luogo una camera singola (eventualmente anche una doppia, circa <400€) a Bolzano. Al momento studio economia in master ad Augusta.

Ho giá vissuto insieme ad altri studenti in un appartamento e mi piacerebbe molto continuare a vivere con altra gente. Nel mio tempo libero faccio volentieri sport (vado a correre ed a nuotare), in generale passo molto tempo all´aria aperta, altrimenti sono sempre a disposizione per una birra.

Oltre a ció cerco ancora un partner per un tandem linguistico (Tedesco-italiano).

BZ: Zimmer ab August zu vermieten/ Room for rent from August

Ab 1. August wird mein wunderschönes Zimmer in der Italienallee 17 frei. Wir suchen ein drittes Mädchen für unsere Mädels-WG. Das Zimmer ist 18 Quadratmeter groß, komplett eingerichtet und sehr hell. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, eine geräumige Küche und ein großes Badezimmer, so wie zwei große Balkone, einer nach Osten und einer nach Westen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, zur Innenstadt / Uni sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Supermärkte und Bushaltestellen gibt es ebenfalls eine Menge in der Nähe. We have to offer a beautiful room in our shared flat in Corso Italia to a girl. It‘s 18 square meters big, fully furnished and bright. The flat is shared by three people with a big living- and dining room, a nice kitchen and a big bath room, as well as two balconies. BZ: renting shared room

Renting a shared room in a shared apartment (you will have two other flat mates, one of which will be your roommate) from Aug 1, 2018 with minimum contract one year. Superb location: around Via Cappuccini, only 5-min walk from main campus, 5-min walk from Piazza Walther. Facilities: fully furnished, bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony with park view.

The rent fee is about 280 EUR/month. The additional cost (water, gas, electricity, heater, internet, waste management/SEAB) is about 50 EUR/month, and also the one-time contract fee is about 20 EUR.
