Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, eine geräumige Küche und ein großes Badezimmer, so wie zwei große Balkone, einer nach Osten und einer nach Westen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, zur Innenstadt / Uni sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Supermärkte und Bushaltestellen gibt es ebenfalls eine Menge in der Nähe.
