BZ: looking for single room from February

Ciao a tutti! My name is Flora and I will move to Bolzano to study eco social design.
I'm looking for a nice single room in a shared flat from beginning/middle or end of February for at least for 6 month and maybe longer.
I like to explore cities by bike, to discover food on local markets and to observe people’s everyday life discovering small details. I have a little sour dough and I enjoy experimenting new food combinations. I like to live together with other people-- I enjoy drinking wine and having deep “kitchen table” conversations. I speak a little bit of Italian and I would like to improve my language skills during my time in Bolzano.
