My name is Luca, I am a 26yo Italian student and I will
start a PhD in Mountain Environment and Agriculture at the Unibz on November
1st. I am looking for a flatmate to share a cozy apartment
in Soprabolzano, 12 minutes away from the citycenter by cableway
(one cabin every 4 minutes from 6:30am to 22:45 pm). The flat is composed by
two single rooms, two bathrooms, two big terraces (with stunning view on the
Dolomites) and a big kitchen/livingroom. The flat is a recent construction
(2009), fully furnished. Available from October 22nd. The price for the single room is 395euros + 40
euros of service charges (that includes heating). Internet, water and
electricity would depend on consumption. It is possible to include as well a
parking space if needed. Please evaluate the fact the the flat is not located in
