eine 4köpfige Familie mit Katzen und Hund suchen Untermieter ab Oktober bis ca.
Februar. Zu vermieten ist eine Wohneinheit mit zwei möblierten Schlafzimmern
(wobei eines davon ein Durchgangszimmer ist), dazugehörigem Bad mit Dusche,
einer Küche, Balkon und Parkplatz (eine Waschmaschine plus Tages-WC stehen auch
zur Verfügung). Wir befinden uns in einer ruhigen Lage im Grünen, die
Bushaltestelle ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichen (ca. 20 min Fahrzeit nach Bozen

una famiglia composta da quattro persone con cane e gatti e cerchiamo
subinquilini da ottobre fino febbraio. Affittiamo un unità di abitazione con
due stanze da letto ammobiliate (di cui una é una stanza di passaggio), bagno
con doccia, cucina, balcone e posto auto. Inoltre dispone di un WC con
lavatrice. La nostra casa é immersa nel verde, la posizione della casa é
tranquilla, ma la fermata dell’autobus é raggiungibile a piedi in 5 min (La
durata del viaggio del bus 201 fino a Bolzano é di circa 20.min). La locazione
