BZ: room in shared flat for students only
From 9th of July 2018 until 31th of August 2019
the room I’m currently living in will be free. (Afterwards, the contract may be
prolonged but this is not sure yet.)It’s located in Via Roen in Bozen Gries and is close to
various bus stops, supermarkets etc.The room is about 15m2 and has access to the shared balcony
and an own(!) bathroom. It’s furnished with bed and matress, multiple
cupboards, a big wardrobe, chair and a table. The kitchen that you’ll share with two others is fully
equipped. Furthermore, you’ll share a washing machine.
The flatmates are nice and sportive but enjoy having a beer
together as well. The monthly rent is 400€ plus approx. 30€ every two months
for electricity. There is a deposit of 900€ and I would ask for a payment for
the furniture of 150€. You can rent it from 09th of July, but latest
