location: around Via Cappuccini, only 5-min walk from main campus, 5-min walk

room, kitchen, and balcony with park view.
The rent fee is about 280 EUR/month. The additional cost (water, gas,
electricity, heater, internet, waste management/SEAB) is about 50 EUR/month,
