nice, non-smoker, (preferably female) new housemate who speaks English or

apartment is located on Piazza della Vittoria and is a 5 min walk to the uni
over the Talvera. It’s a beautiful, spacious and renovated apartment located in
a gorgeous 1930s complex with green courtyard.
ROOM --> The room is
approx 25 m^2, semi furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk) and costs 420E per month +
80E additional costs (heating etc).
HOUSEMATES --> We're
two design students (German and Australian) and a lawyer (Italian).
