in corso libert near piazza gries. It is centrally located and has 3 big
rooms, a kitchen, bathroom, ground floor room and another storage room on the
top floor. It comes unfurnished, but we can work something out with the
existing furnish. We are leaving bolzano prior to our contract and are
therefore searching for a tenant to rent the whole apartment or some students
to rent it as a group. It is not possible to rent single rooms. The rent
without additional expanses is 1150€. Costs for energy, water, etc. add up to
another 100€. There is also a big parking lot offstreet in front of the house,
