Du wohnst in einer 3er- WG mit großem Wohn- und Esszimmer, geräumiger Küche und großem Badezimmer, so wie zwei großen Balkonen, einer nach Osten und einer nach Westen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, zur Innenstadt / Uni sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Supermärkte und Bushaltestellen gibt es ebenfalls eine Menge in der Nähe. Die Monatsmiete (warm, mit allem Drum und Dran) beträgt 450,- €.

From the beginning of July until the end of September I rent my beautiful room in Corso Italia to a girl. It‘s 18 square meters big, fully furnished and bright. The flat is shared by three people with a big living- and dining room, a nice kitchen and a big bath room, as well as two balconies.
