15, just 10 minutes walking from the center and 5 minutes by bike. It's a student house, all people
studying at the Free University of Bolzano. It's placed behind a factory,
exactly in it's garden. It's a very big mansion of 110 square meters. The house
has its own bike park and also the possibility to park the car within the
area. Details for the room: single room, 15 square meters,
already furnished and very shining. The price is 260€ a moth + 20€ for
electricity, gas and water. Furnitures come with a price of 75€
