BK: renting room

Hello! Since I`m leaving for Erasmus my room would be free from February to October. It`s a small single room, totally furnished, in a shared apartment with two other girls. The flat (bathroom+washing machine, kitchen+dishwasher, living room, storeroom, balcony…) is located not even 2 min walking from University in Brunico in the Stadtgasse at the second floor. The price is €267 per month included all expenses!!
