The apartment is 10 minute by bike from the university (Sorrento Straße). Is a small but very nice flat, completely renewed two years ago. Me and the other flatmate Marco are looking for a new guy that want to share the double room.
We are two easygoing and respectful guys. Marco is a worker and i’m studying art and design at the university.
The apartment has a kitchen, a
bathroom, two bedrooms and a balcony. The cost is 250€ per month + electricity
(around 5/10€ but it depend how much do we consume it).

POSTO LETTO IN DOPPIA!
L’appartamento è 10 minuti in bici
dall’università (via Sorrento). E’ un appartamento non molto grande, ma molto
carino ed è stato completamente ristrutturato due anni fa quando siamo andati
ad abitarci. Io e l’altro coinquilino Marco stiamo cercando un nuovo
coinquilino per la stanza doppia. Marco lavora e io studio arte e design
all’università. L’appartamento ha una cucina, un bagno, due camere da letto e
un balcone. Il costo è di 250€ al mese (+ elettricità che varia dai 5 ai 10
euro a seconda di quanto consumiamo).
Facciamo orari che ci tengono molto
fuori casa, ma per il resto del tempo mi piacerebbe condividere cibo, racconti,
far festa insieme o quel che è! :P
Cerchiamo di qualcuno di altrettanto
socievole e aperto, preferibilmente non fumatore :)

Der WG ist 10 Minuten weg mit dem
Fahrrad von der Uni (Sorrento Straße). Sie ist ein klein aber sehr schon
Wohnung und es war zwei Jahre vor ganz renoviert.
Wir (Ich und der andere Mitbewohner
Marco) suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner für das Doppelzimmer. Marco arbeitet und
ich studiere Kunst und Design. Der Wohnung hat eine Küche, ein Badezimmer, zwei
