Oltre alle camere da letto, l'appartamento si compone di due bagni, cucinino, stube con balcone, atrio e cantina. La stanza è esposta al sole tutto il giorno con una bella vista sulle montagne. La zona è ben ben servita e collegata al centro, che è raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi o in 5 minuti in bus. Fermata dell'autobus a dieci metri da casa. Poli e Despar dietro l'angolo. Single room (370€ all incl.) for rent in a large flat next to Piazza Gries, with other 4 people (three girls and a guy, 23-27 years). We speak Italian, German and English. We are an open-minded, little family which likes to have a wine and cook together and even plan to hike some mountains soon. Apart from the sleeping rooms, the flat is composed by two bathrooms, a little kitchen, a stube with balcony, entry and basement. The availabke room is very bright and has a beautiful view over the mountains and sunshine all day . The area is well connected, the city center can be reached within 15 minutes walking or 10 minutes by bus (bus stop 10m from flat). Poli and Despar just around the corner.
