BZ: Zimmer zu vermieten - affittasi stanza

Mitbewohner Wohnung in der Laubengasse gesucht. Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern, Küche und Badezimmer. Zwei Zimmer sind von zwei sympatischen Eurac Research Mitarbeitern aus Spanien und Deutschland bewohnt und das dritte ist frei. Das Zimmer ist Möbliert und ab 1. Juni frei.

Si cerca un coinquilino/a per una stanza in un appartamento in via Portici. L'appartamento é composto da: bagno, cucina e altre due stanze dove vivono due simpatici coinquilini, un tedesco e uno spagnolo che lavorano all'Eurac. La stanza sarà libera dal 1 giugno.

BZ: renting a room in shared flat

Hi there! I'm renting a room in shared flat in Bolzano: the apartment is located two minutes walk from Unibz, right behind the Duomo! The room is about 20 square meters wide and it can also be rented as a double room (there are already two beds). In the apartment there are two bathrooms, a kitchen and a big living room. There are already two chill flatmates ;) The rent as single room is 350 euros per month, as double room 200 euros per person. The rent includes all the expenses (internet, heating, trash), except electricity - about 30 euros per month.
