There are three Spanish Erasmus students,
all 21 years old, who are looking for accommodation from September 2026 to
February 2027. We are looking for either:- One apartment for the
three of us.
- Three individual rooms,
even in different apartments.
- Two rooms in one
apartment and one room in another.
- Or any other combination
that could provide accommodation for the three of us.
We are mainly looking for accommodation in Bressanone
or Bolzano, although we are also open to nearby towns with good public
transport connections to Bressanone.
Our approximate budget is €400–500 per person
per month, preferably including expenses.

Siamo tre studentesse spagnole di 21 anni e
da settembre 2026 a febbraio 2027 saremo in Erasmus presso la Libera
Università di Bolzano (UNIBZ), studiando alla Facoltà di Scienze della
Formazione a Bressanone.
Stiamo cercando una soluzione per il nostro
soggiorno durante il semestre invernale e siamo disponibili a valutare diverse
possibilità:
🏠 Un appartamento per tutte e tre, preferibilmente con 3
camere da letto.
🛏️ Tre camere singole, anche in appartamenti diversi.
🏠 Due camere in un appartamento + una camera in un altro,
oppure qualsiasi altra combinazione che ci permetta di trovare una sistemazione
per tutte e tre.
📍 Cerchiamo principalmente a Bressanone o Bolzano, ma
valutiamo anche paesi nei dintorni, purché siano ben collegati con Bressanone
tramite i mezzi pubblici.
💰 Budget: circa 400–500 € a persona al mese, preferibilmente
con le spese incluse.
Siamo ragazze tranquille, responsabili,
ordinate e rispettose. Ci teniamo molto alla pulizia e a una buona
convivenza. Siamo molto motivate a trovare una sistemazione adatta per il

Ciao! Ich heiße Sofia (31), wohne noch in Berlin und ziehe diesen Herbst nach

Mitte September / 1. Oktober ein helles Zimmer (ab ca. 10 m²) in Uni-Nähe
(zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar) oder mit guter Busanbindung.
Budget: maximal 650€ inklusive Nebenkosten.
Mietdauer: am liebsten zunächst für etwa 6 Monate, eventuell auch länger.
Ich wünsche mir eine Studenten-WG, in der man sich gut versteht, sich
auch mal auf ein Glas Wein oder gemeinsames Kochen zusammensetzt, aber genauso
Raum hat, sich aufs Studium zu konzentrieren. In
meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne kreativ, viel in der Natur unterwegs, beim Yoga
oder auf Kunstausstellungen. Mir ist es wichtig, dass sich alle
wohlfühlen, deshalb halte ich gemeinsame Räume gerne sauber und ordentlich.
