Wir sind ein Bauernhof in der Sill nähe Bozen(Weinbaubetrieb), wir würden ein bis zwei Zimmer mit Stockbett in einer Wohnung mit Dusche WC Waschmaschine und Küche an Studenten vermieten. Abstellmöglichkeit für Essen usw. vorhanden.Man benötigt ein Auto um zu uns zu kommen. Jedoch wäre in der Sill unten im Tal ein Bus Linie 12 welche in Halbstundentakt von Bozen kommt. jVom Bus zu uns ist es ca. 4 km Das Auto kann man an der Bushaltestelle parken. Preis für 1 Person im Zimmer 400 Euro bei zwei 350 Euro. BZ: accommodation for 1 student to rent

A  fully self-contained, furnished 1-room flat is available to rent for a UniBz student. The flat is situated on the second (and top)  floor of a small house surrounded by a small garden in the centre of town, near piazza Erbe/Obstmarkt, so it's about 5 minutes' walk from the main University building. The room consists of a single bed, a separate sofa bed, table and chairs, wardrobe, desk and bookshelves (see photos below). There is also a small  separate kitchenette  and a bathroom with shower. The flat has its own entrance. It is available as from 1 Oct for one year with a standard contract for students. Rent is €670.00/month which includes heating, electricity and internet.
