BZ: looking for a single room

Ciao a tutti, I'm from Holland and halfway through september I will move to Bolzano to start my master, eco-social design, at UNIBZ​. I'm looking for a single room in a sociable house, I like to cook and socialize. I have been living in student accomodation for four years now, so I have experience in independent living (read: keeping the house nice and clean). My budget is not so big.
