I'm Kathryn, and I am 22 years old. I will be studying Environmental Management in Bolzano, and am looking for a room from October 2017 until July 2018. BZ: Bolzano city center: Renting room for Aug 1 - Dec 31, 2017 or Dec 31, 2018

Renting a shared room in a shared apartment (you will have two other flatmates, one of which will be your roommate). The duration is for Aug 1 - Dec 31, 2017 or Dec 31, 2018. Superb location: around Via Cappuccini, only 5-min walk from main campus, 5-min walk from Piazza Walther. Facilities: fully furnished, bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony with park view. The rent fee is about 280 EUR/month. The additional cost (water, gas, electricity, heater, internet, waste management/SEAB) is about 50 EUR/month, and also the one-time contract fee is 13 EUR.
