The room is available for rent in the two-room apartment. The apartment has two rooms, dining area with a small kitchen attached to it, bathroom and a balcony. Monthly rent is 340 EURO, plus condominium fees of 54 EURO (this includes heating and water expenses), plus electricity and gas expenses according to the bimonthly bills, and the internet monthly bill. The apartment is located on via Palermo next to the intersection with via Della Visitazione. The flat is on the sixth floor (the last floor of the building) with windows facing the mountains. If you have a car, there is a possibility to use a place in the parking lot next to the building for 30 EURO per month. I live in another room in this apartment, I study at the University on the Computer Science faculty, Masters program. Preferably I would like to rent this room to the student or to the PhD researcher, but I will consider other options as well.
