Ich biete hiermit ein wunderschönes Zimmer in einer netten WG an. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, hell und hat neben der Heizung sogar einen alten Kachelofen. Zur Uni sind es mit dem Fahrrad nicht mehr als fünf Minuten und auch Supermärkte und Bäckereien sind schnell erreichbar.
Die Wohnung liegt im Rosslauf in Brixen und ist sehr schön. Es gibt eine gemeinsame Küche und einen schönen Garten. Das Zimmer kostet monatlich 250 Euro plus 50 Euro Nebenkosten (können auch niedriger sein)
Das Zimmer kann bei Interesse innerhalb einer Woche bezogen werden. Einfach bei mir melden.

I offer a wonderful room in a shared flat with three other girls. The room is completely furnished, light and besides the normal heating system there is an old oven inside, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. It´s just 5 minutes to the university by bike. Supermarkets and bakeries are nearby.
The flat is located in the Rosslauf in Bressanone. In the flat there is a common kitchen and a garden outside. The rent for the room is 250 Euros plus 50 for expenses.
The room can be taken from now on. I just need some days to get my things out of it.

Offro una stanza in un appartemento a Bressanone. La stanza è grande e già completa, con tutti i mobili. Con la bici e solo 5 minuti per andare all´universita. I supermercati non sono lontani.
L´appartamento si trova nel Rosslauf a Bressanone. È grande e comodo. C´è una cucina e un giardino.
La stanza costa 250 euro al mese con 50 euro per le spese.
